1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Queuelo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Queuelo provides an API-based approval layer for AI agents. The Service allows developers to submit agent actions for human review and approval before execution. We provide a dashboard for reviewing and approving or rejecting these actions.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address and pay the applicable subscription fee. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API key. Do not share your API key with unauthorized parties.
4. Subscription and Payment
Queuelo offers paid subscription plans (Pro at $19/month, Team at $49/month). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to use the Service in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure.
6. API Usage
Your API key is personal to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the API or violate these terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Queuelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service, and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
